HeartMyCare Mobile Application
Welcome to the MyHeartCare mobile app (the "App"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with the Terms, you may not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the Terms and our privacy policy (the “Policy”). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless you have our written permission.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. The Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use the App. Please read the Policy carefully before using the App.

HIPAA Compliance
Caremiga and its associated app, HeartMyCare, are committed to strict adherence to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines and regulations to ensure the privacy and security of all user data, especially sensitive healthcare-related information. Our responsibilities as a data custodian under HIPAA include maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information.

Email Address, Phone Number, and Date of Birth
To use some features of the App, you may need to provide us with your email address, phone number, and date of birth. You agree to provide us with valid and current information that belongs to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account.

Push Notifications
By using the App, you agree to receive push notifications from us about app updates, news, offers, promotions, or other information that may be of interest to you. You can manage your push notification preferences in the settings of your device or the App. You can also opt out of receiving push notifications at any time by turning off the notification feature in the settings of your device or the App.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the App will be accurate, reliable, or satisfactory. We do not warrant that any defects or errors in the App will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the App or its content, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profit, goodwill, or other intangible losses. This limitation of liability applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from or relating to your use of the App or its content, your violation of the Terms or the Policy, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the App at any time for any reason or no reason without notice or liability. We may also suspend or disable your access to the App if we suspect that you have violated the Terms or the Policy. Upon termination of your license to use the App, you must delete all copies of the App from your device and stop using it.

Changes
We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time without notice. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
